At EōS Fitness, we want you to feel as confident in your gear as you do in your workout. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the gear is in unworn, unwashed condition.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided through the portal, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our warehouse inspects and processes your return, your refund will be issued to the original payment method or your exchange gear will be shipped within 5-7 business days.
